Education and Qualifications   Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Carleton University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia (UBC). He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA - Illinois) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Derek is a past Chair of the Information Systems Specific Interest Group of the Project Management Institute, a global organization with 14,000 members in 80 countries.
