Range of Experience   Mr. Godwin successfully planned and managed the implementation of a monthly payment system for a large insurance company   Mr. Godwin managed a multi-million dollar system development and implementation project for the State of Alaska. It became the first system certified under new US Federal Government guidelines for welfare systems. This pioneering effort was followed by numerous related projects.   Within IBM Canada, Mr. Godwin was responsible for the delivery of numerous major software development projects, primarily in the insurance sector, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia and the British Columbia provincial government.   The scope of Mr. Godwin's work includes feasibility studies, software and vendor evaluations, system integration proposals and contract negotiation. His responsibilities have included organizing, planning, controlling, and running projects of many sizes.   to top
