Education and Qualifications Milan holds the Associate Business Continuity Planner designation from the Institute for Continuity Management (DRI), ITIL Certified Practitioner from the UK Office of Government Commerce (OGC), Bachelors Degree in Economics and Computer Science and numerous Information Technology vendor certifications. Milan is a member of the Emergency Preparedness Taskforce of the Vancouver Board of Trade and guest speaker for Simon Fraser and BCIT Downtown Campuses on the topic of Business Continuity and IT best practices. |
