Range of Experience   Prior to joining GNA, Milan was the Director of Professional Services and Principal Business Continuity consultant with a Systems Integrator – XSM Systems for the last 4 years. In his directorship capacity he managed the business development, partner relationships and operations of the consulting arm of the organization. As a consultant Milan directly engaged with clients in various industry verticals to prepare and establish Enterprise Business Continuity Programs, prepare Risk and Business Impact Analyses, develop Recovery Strategies, develop and test Emergency Response Procedures, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans and enhance his clients’ business continuity awareness and training capabilities.   In his other work engagements Milan filled various technical, management and consulting roles through his employment with industry leading consulting firms such as Ericsson Consulting, LGS Consulting, Burntsand, Telus Enterprise Solutions and GE IT Solutions.   With these companies Milan’s range of experience covers business and IT strategies development; software product development and related maturity models; large systems integration and implementation projects; preparation of solution, security and infrastructure architectures for highly scalable, highly available network-centric distributed solutions; project management and transition to customer or outsourced operations.   to top
