Since joining GNA, Sandra has managed several projects and provided consulting services on several Internet/Intranet projects. Sandra's most recent experiences include designing the content architecture for enterprise-wide Intranets for an international marketing company, a national energy company, and a Health Care organization. Sandra's focuses on 'training for performance' to help organizations ensure their people are ready, and have the ability to successfully improve and sustain their performance. Sandra's deliverables have included: Creating and conducting learning readiness assessments to identify factors that place learning strategies at risk. Designing curriculums or standalone programs for management and frontline employees to support and sustain organizational, business enhancement, product development and software change. Sandra's expertise includes the design and development of web-based learning solutions, comprehensive User Manuals, imbedded online help, and print-based solutions. Designing performance metrics to measure how training dollars perform and evaluating learning results. Experience before joining GNA included several assignments for a Canadian Stock Exchange where she implemented a variety of training and communication programs in the clearing and settlement sector. Two of the many assignments included: designing and facilitating a Customer Relations training program for staff and management and leading a communication and training team to deliver a computer-based performance support training program. Sandra was employed by a large national securities firm where she designed and developed training curriculums to prepare business units for corporate critical software applications and managed the development of a four-month self-study certification program used to educate administrative personnel in securities industry basics. to top
