David Priestley   Education & Qualifications Specific Experience

Range of Experience   Prior to GNA, David worked as an independent consultant advising the Government of British Columbia on a range of IT outsourcing initiatives for the Province. David has spent the past ten years in the consulting services field where he started with Ernst & Young Consulting in London, England as one of the senior advisors to the UK Department of Transport on the IT implications of the national rail privatization program. David moved to Canada with Ernst & Young where he spent two years advising the Alberta government on its provincial health record project. David then joined IBM in Saudi Arabia where he ran the consulting and systems operations services for the western region. Since returning to Canada, David has occupied senior positions with local IT consulting firms in Vancouver, British Columbia. David started his career in the National Health Service in the UK and occupied a number of senior management roles including Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Systems for large teaching health authorities in England. to top
