He has a background and experience in traditional technologies and architectures as well as multi-platform and web-based systems.

He has industry experience with property insurance claims system, individual health and life assurance systems and social assistance systems.

As an experienced manger he has supervised staff and delivered projects in fixed time frames with a fixed price contract.

He holds a bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal and received extensive business and management training while working for IBM Canada and Europe.
